The years go by too fast. Suddenly another birthday has crept up on you and your babies are another inch taller.
Family photos are a great choice year after year to capture the small difference that you might almost miss if you blink.
Choose a studio session or let's find the perfect outdoor scenery. Get done up for the day and all dressed up. Let's romanticize all the organic and natural connections you and your family share. My goal is to capture your family as beautifully as the love you feel for them in your heart.

The first step is to fill out the form below. I will call you within 24 business hours of your submission for a quick chat and to answer all of your questions. We will make sure I am available in the time frame you are requesting since I take a limited number of sessions per month so that I can give my best to each client and ensure a great experience!
We will talk about your vision for your session and I will explain my process. A session fee is required to reserve session date and time and will prompt us to the next step: scheduling your consultation.

During your consultation, we will meet in person and I will get to know you and your family. What makes you family special and unique? What do you want to remember? A great session is well thought - out and styled ahead of time. I want to hear all of your wants and needs for these special memories and I want to bring them to life.
3. The session!
Take a breath and some time for yourself! Your session starts with professional hair and make-up whether that is done either at your home or in my studio, depending of the location of your session. You will feel prepared thanks to our consultation and my pre-session prep guide.
During your session, I want to capture you and your family naturally, but because I am a portrait photographer, there will be some prompting as well. I will guide you through it all because maybe being in photos isn't what you do everyday, but taking them IS what I do!
4. Viewing day!
One week after your session, we will meet again to view your images! Cue the tears as we watch your session unfold in a beautiful highlight slideshow. This is when you will purchase your photos. You will fall in love with your favorite images and pick which collection and products work best for you.
5. gallery & product delivery
Love, care and attention go into every detail to ensure that I am delivering the highest quality. Your online gallery will be available to you in 2 weeks following your viewing appointment. Your beautiful prints and products will be ready for pick-up between 4-6 weeks after ordering.

We recently did a newborn photo session with Melinda Nicole Photography and WOW, she is phenomenal! She captured amazing shots of not only our baby solo, but also the shots with her siblings and the whole family as well. She was extremely patient and gentle with our baby who didn’t want to sleep the whole time, and handled her spit up and other issues with grace. It was so nice to sit back and watch while she handled the session with ease. Melinda has gorgeous wraps, headbands, and props in her studio and made sure she used the colors and set ups I really wanted. She really has an eye for detail and carefully manipulates her lighting and subjects for beautiful results. It is clear the Melinda really cares about her work and the happiness of her clients.
